You will take ownership of your contributions, collaborate with a team that gets stuff done, and be empowered to innovate and pursue bold initiatives that drive our business forward.Are You Our Next ACE?\r\nPerform in-process inspections and tests, including workmanship, dimensional, and interface gauging, in accordance with product and process specificationsOperate equipment in compliance with established specifications, ensuring proper labeling and association of components to complete cable assembliesCollaborate with Assembly Supervisors, Quality Assurance, and Process Engineering to maintain product quality by identifying and resolving assembly issuesSupport continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance product and process specificationsConduct mechanical inspections and tests, including dimensional checks, connector retention, and torque verification; assist Quality Assurance with root cause analysis as neededReview product documentation, process specifications, parts lists, and required tools and fixturesSet up and operate appropriate equipment, tools, and fixtures to assemble connectors, labels, and associated components according to specificationsSystems You'll Use:\r\nGoogle EnterpriseERP (Visual)ADPPay Transparency:Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency.
