They execute omni-channel inventory management strategies by ensuring the flow of inventory to stores/direct/outlet supports the global strategies to maximize the company’s sales, inventory, and margin goals. With a focus on size breaks and allocations, they partner with the Inventory Planning Analyst to ensure that execution aligns with cross functional department goals.\nThe impact you can have\nExecute store and size-level allocations to maximize sell through and profitability in partnership with the Inventory Planning Analyst.\nManage size breaks, size curves, and pack strategies to ensure the right product is delivered to the right store at the right time.\nMaintain accurate and timely allocation of inventory to stores/direct/outlet in line with global inventory strategies.\nReview omni-channel selling by size and support optimum size and pack purchase recommendations based on store/item/classification and key item level need.\nPartner with the Planning and Merchandising team pre-season to review hindsight’s that will help develop next season’s product strategies.\nParticipate in Planning/Inventory Management discussions to optimize inventory through preseason store cluster analysis, initial allocation, DC management and in-season management.\nPartner with the Inventory Planning Analyst on new allocation strategies at the classification and/or key item level, keeping a customer centric inventory strategy.\nIdentify business driving opportunities to the Inventory Planning Analyst through analytics and risk management.\nYou’ll bring to the role\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent\n0-2 years’ experience\nAbility to think objectively and interpret meaningful themes from quantitative and qualitative data\nStrong sense of work ethic and responsibility\nAble to present ideas and direction clearly to others\nAble to build strong relationships with a diverse group of business partners\nDemonstrates strong listening, written and oral communication skills\nAble to work independently, self prioritize and multi task\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel required\nBenefits at KnitWell Group\nYou will be eligible to receive a merchandise discount at select KnitWell Group brands, subject to each brand’s discount policies.\nSupport for your individual development plus career mobility within our family of brands\nA culture of giving back – local volunteer opportunities, annual donation and volunteer match to eligible nonprofit organizations, and philanthropic activities to support our communities*\nMedical, dental, vision insurance & 401(K) retirement*\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nTime off – paid time off & holidays*\nThe target salary range for this role is: $60,000\nAny job offer will consider factors such your qualifications, relevant experience, and skills.
