This role supports the production of high-quality medical devices in a cleanroom manufacturing environment while following established quality standards, operating procedures, and safety guidelines.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have at least *6 months of manufacturing experience*, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to work with microscopes and small components while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.\n\n*Key Responsibilities*\n\n* Perform manufacturing and assembly operations following established procedures and work instructions.\n* Operate microscopes to inspect and assemble precision medical device components.\n* Use hand tools to manipulate, assemble, and inspect products.\n* Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals.\n* Read, understand, and follow written procedures and manufacturing documentation.\n* Complete production documentation accurately and legibly.\n* Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures.\n* Participate in required training and continuous improvement initiatives.\n* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\n* Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues or quality concerns.\n* Perform repetitive tasks requiring precision, attention to detail, and manual dexterity.\n\n*Qualifications Required*\n\n* Minimum of *6 months of manufacturing experience* (medical device experience is preferred but not required).\n* *High school diploma or GED*\n* Proficiency in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and participating in instructor-led training.\n* Comfortable working with microscopes for extended periods.\n* Ability to read, write, and interpret work instructions and procedures.\n* Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.\n* Ability to use hand tools and perform detailed assembly work.\n* Ability to sit, stand, or walk for up to 10 hours per shift.\n* Ability to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, and pull.\n* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.\n* Must successfully pass a vision screening, including color vision testing.\n* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\n\n*Preferred Qualifications*\n\n* Experience in medical device manufacturing.\n* Experience working in a cleanroom environment.\n* Experience assembling small or precision components under magnification.\n\n*About BEPC*\n\nBEPC Inc., founded in 2007, is a 100% employee-owned company providing top-tier consulting and staffing solutions across industries including technology, engineering, manufacturing, and project management.
