Senior Vice President, Workers' Compensation

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Workers' Compensation & Motor Vehicle Accidents. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the strategic vision and growth roadmap for the WC and MVA service lines Provide executive oversight of operational performance to ensure revenue targets and client outcomes are met Develop and mentor senior leadership to build a strong and scalable leadership pipeline Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred 10-15 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles Proven ability to drive financial performance and operational efficiency initiatives Deep knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations and complex claims Experience in private equity-backed organizations and/or leading through M&A integrations preferred
