We aren't your grandfather’s country club—we are a party, a hang-out, and a serious golf facility all rolled into one.The Role: We are looking for a high-energy Sales Manager to own the revenue generation for our [City] location. You will be the face of Five Iron for corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses. Your main goal? Fill our simulators and event spaces with unforgettable experiences.What You’ll Do:Hunt & Close: Proactively prospect local businesses and corporate clients to book team outings, holiday parties, and large-scale events.Inbound Management: Respond rapidly to event inquiries (phone, email, web) and guide clients from the "interested" phase to the signed contract.Relationship Building: Network within the local community, attend chamber of commerce events, and build partnerships with local hotels and concierges.Account Management: Oversee the details of booked events to ensure a seamless hand-off to the Operations team.Data Driven: Maintain a clean pipeline using our CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot/Tripleseat) and report on sales targets weekly.What You Bring:2+ years of sales experience (Hospitality, Events, or SaaS preferred).A "Hunter" mentality—you aren't afraid to pick up the phone or walk into a business to introduce yourself.Strong organizational skills; you can juggle multiple event contracts without dropping the ball.Passion for the brand (you don't have to be a scratch golfer, but you have to love the vibe!).Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends when major events are happening.The Perks:Competitive Base + Aggressive Commission Structure.Free golf and simulator use.Discounts on food, beverage, and merchandise.A casual, fun, and non-stuffy work environment.
