You will play a key role in analyzing vulnerabilities, decomposing complex systems, and supporting the development of robust, secure architectures.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and maintain requirements, architectures, and system designs for complex technical systems, with a focus on modeling and simulation.\nExtend and adapt existing system designs to address new use cases and evolving requirements.\nDevelop and support model-based systems engineering (MBSE) artifacts across a diverse portfolio of products and applications.\nLead the expansion and elaboration of key system design elements, ensuring alignment with customer needs and security objectives.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define system functions, requirements, and design elements for optimal performance in constrained technical environments.\nDecompose complex systems into manageable components for further analysis, development, and vulnerability assessment.\nSupport the full project lifecycle, from planning and implementation to operational readiness, with a focus on system security and resilience.\nKey Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in a related field with 10+ years of experience, or a master’s degree in a related field with 7+ years of experience.\nStrong background in modeling and simulation of complex systems.\nExperience in vulnerability analysis and system decomposition.\nProven ability to lead technical discussions and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience developing and maintaining requirements baselines throughout the product lifecycle.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) methodologies.\nFamiliarity with SysML diagramming tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler, IBM Rhapsody).\nExperience with DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and/or Unified Architectural Framework (UAF).\nExperience with embedded systems, microelectronics, FPGA, or circuit card design.\nProgramming experience in MATLAB, Python, C++, or other object-oriented languages.\nExperience supporting DoD programs.\nActive Top-Secret Clearance.\nBenefits: Live an Extraordinary Life\nWe care about your well-being, not just on the job.
