Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Cook at Juke’s Diner, based in Lebanon, TN. The Line Cook will execute food preparation according to our streamlined processes, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and ensure high-quality standards for every dish. Responsibilities include cooking to order, assembling dishes for service, monitoring food safety standards, and coordinating with the kitchen team for smooth, efficient operations during service hours. Pay is $15-$20 per hour plus tips. Qualifications Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment operation Experience with food safety practices and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organizational standards Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and manage time effectively Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with team members Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is preferred Passion for food quality and presentation, with attention to detail Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Culinary certification or training is a plus
