This individual will work within on premise and virtual technologies to help manage the company's technical infrastructure. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer working with technologies such as VMware, Azure, SAN technologies, and Ruckus switches and endpoints. This is a full-time, on-site, direct hire opportunity offering a competitive annual salary and benefits package. \r\nResponsibilities\r\n\r\n\r\nDesign, implement, and manage server, storage, and network infrastructure in virtualized (VMWare) and cloud environments.\r\n\r\n\r\nManage VMware (vCenter), physical servers, and SAN storage effectively.\r\n\r\n\r\nMaintain Windows server environment and core services, monitor system performance, reliability, and capacity.\r\n\r\n\r\nCollaborate with a small IT team to support all infrastructure aspects, share knowledge, document systems, and participate in IT projects.\r\n\r\n\r\nAdminister network infrastructure including switches, access points, firewalls, and troubleshoot issues across multiple locations.\r\n\r\n\r\nSupport endpoint protection, firewall management, vulnerability assessments, security audits, and incident response to maintain a secure environment.\r\n\r\n\r\nAdminister backup systems, perform recovery testing, and contribute to disaster recovery planning and execution.\r\n\r\n\r\nSupport Azure workloads and Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, licensing, and access management.\r\n\r\n\r\nAssist help desk with escalated or complex end-user issues, ensuring clear and professional communication across office and manufacturing environments.\r\n\r\n\r\nRequirements \r\n\r\n\r\nStrong knowledge of VMWare virtualization architecture, SAN technologies, Azure cloud platform, Ruckus switches and wireless access points.\r\n\r\n\r\nThorough understanding of Azure Active Directory (Entra), M365, and Active Directory.\r\n\r\n\r\nFamiliarity with security patching and vulnerability management tools.\r\n\r\n\r\nStrong knowledge of Windows server operating systems 2012R2 to 2025.\r\n\r\n\r\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a customer service-oriented attitude.\r\n\r\n\r\nExcellent communication skills.\r\n\r\n\r\nBachelor's degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent experience.\r\n\r\n\r\nStrong troubleshooting skills; experience with backup management systems and disaster recovery planning preferred.\r\n\r\n\r\nData warehouse and Power BI report writing experience is a plus.\r\n\r\n\r\nSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
