People Insights Manager
Owning the analytics for people data, the full-time remote People Insights Manager will manage the employee experience survey program, build Workday reporting for various stakeholders, and deliver actionable dashboards that support decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Drive experience surveys for the full employee lifecycle and ensure timely, accurate insights aligned with business priorities
Act as the primary partner to People Business Partners and functional leaders, shaping business questions into structured analyses
Establish standards for metrics and reporting to enhance analytics quality and reduce ad hoc reporting
Required Qualifications
5+ years in people analytics, HR reporting, or related data roles
Experience managing survey programs and understanding security domains and business process impacts
2+ years of experience building dashboards for business audiences
Proficiency with HR data domains such as headcount, attrition, and engagement
Strong SQL or equivalent query skills for data preparation and quality assurance
