Our Drivers are valued as a trusted partner and an essential member of the Bunzl family\nA Day in the Life:\n\nSafely drive and operate a Class A tractor-trailer or other commercial vehicles.\nPerform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.\nDeliver goods in a timely and safe manner to customer locations, both local and long-distance.\nAdhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.\nMaintain a clean driving record and ensure timely submission of logs and paperwork.\nManage cargo loading/unloading, ensuring items are safely secured.\nProvide excellent customer service during deliveries.\nEnsure the vehicle is properly maintained, reporting any issues to management immediately.\n\nThe Must-Haves:\n\nValid Class A CDL.\nA clean driving record, based on our fleet safety standards.\nAbility to operate and navigate a variety of commercial vehicles.\nAbility to lift up to 30 pounds and handle loading/unloading responsibilities.\nStrong understanding of safety regulations and best driving practices.\nExcellent communication and time-management skills.\nAbility to pass background check, drug tests, and maintain an active medical card.\nKnowledge of DOT regulations and ELD compliance\n\nWhat We Prefer:\n\nAt least 2 years of Driving experience.\nExperience with GPS and routing software.\n\n Get Paid When You Need It!\n\nAccess to a portion of your earned wages before payday\nConvenient pay card option - no bank account required\nTake control of your finances with flexible pay access\n\nThe perks of being a Bunzl team member don’t stop at being part of a great team or being valued as our #1 asset.
