You will oversee multiple projects from planning through construction to project close-out. Project Managers at ATC are strong promoters of safety and regulatory compliance, and balance project scope, schedule, cost, and risk.\r\nThis role offers visibility, influence across the organization, and the chance to leave your mark on assets that directly support grid reliability and our customers.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nLead cross-functional project teams including ATC personnel, contractors, consultants, and supplemental resources.\r\nDeliver projects safely, on time, on budget, and in compliance with environmental, regulatory, and internal requirements.\r\nDevelop and manage detailed project schedules, milestones, and execution strategies.\r\nPartner with internal teams to develop and maintain accurate project cost estimates and forecasts.\r\nMonitor budgets, cash flow, cost variances, and project risk and contingency.\r\nOversee engineering, design, and construction activities performed by third-party vendors.\r\nFacilitate regular project status meetings, resolve issues, and approve invoices.\r\nWhat You Bring\r\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.\r\n6+ years of progressively responsible experience managing large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.\r\nPreference for candidates with 3+ years of transmission construction or project management experience.\r\nProven leadership in technical and construction environments.\r\nStrong vendor and contractor oversight capabilities.\r\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to technical and non-technical audiences.\r\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.\r\nStrong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and decision-making skills.\r\nStrategic thinker who can act tactically to deliver results.\r\nWhy ATC\r\nAt ATC, you'll work alongside talented professionals who care deeply about safety, integrity, and excellence.
