Case located throughout Northern and Central NJ (Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, and Warren Counties)\nOption to work full time or part time and have the work life balance that you need. Cases are located in one of our two Centers (both in Stirling, NJ) , In homes, preschools, and daycares. Choose your preferred location....and Your caseload may not exceed 5 cases. Reach out today, and let's start a conversation about your future here!\nBCBA Responsibilities:\n- Conduct behavioral assessments to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans.\n- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to modify behaviors and improve patient outcomes.\n- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for patients.\n- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.\n- Provide ongoing support and training to caregivers and staff on behavioral interventions.\n- Stay current on best practices and research in the field of behavioral health.\nBCBA Qualifications:\n- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)\n- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and patient care\n- Experience with patient assessment and medical documentation\n- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology\n- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and behavioral therapy\n- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism\n- Familiarity with special education practices and data collection techniques\nWe at TUT believe that happy, motivated, and appreciated employees are the key to the success of our children - and to our organization as a whole.
