CSR - Customer Service Representative/Customer Service Position (Tile/Stone/Pavers)

CSR (Tile/Stone/Pavers) Flooring Careers Phoenix, AZ *MUST HAVE A SOLID FOUNDATION OF FLOORING PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND SALES EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED* We are proud to offer quality interior/exterior products and top-notch customer service to all our clients in Phoenix, AZ. Currently, we are looking to hire a CSR (Inside Customer Service Sales Representative). This individual will assist customers with product information, selection, and purchasing of materials (pavers/tile/porcelain/stacked stone/quartz/glass). They will work in the showroom and walk out of the yard to show customers materials. Position Overview: Customer Service and Sales Skills MUST have knowledge of flooring products (tile, stone, paver, glass, etc.) Bilingual in Spanish and English desired, but not a requirement Working with and assisting the trade (contractors, builders, designers) Computer literate; We currently use QuickBooks Must be able to work Monday through Friday 7:30 - 4:30 and every other Saturday 8:00 - 2:30 (Closed on Sundays). Must be industry-specific (pavers, stone, tile, porcelain, stacked stone, quartz, glass) This person will be engaging with clients and selling materials, so having good verbal communication skills is imperative. We offer medical, dental, vision, and 401k. Pay ranges from $18-$22/ hour DOE (overtime worked will be time and a half pay).
