This position handles all phases of Full-Stack Application Development.\n\nThis position is 100% onsite.\n\nEssential Job Functions:\nApplication and Development support, support systems for projects, software integration and software conversions for projects’/users’ systems.\nDuties of this position includes but are not limited to:\nArchitect, develop, test and package web-based applications.\nBuild front-end and back-end systems.\nDesign and maintain relational and non-relational databases.\nDevelop and maintain system utilities.\nDevelop applications with a focus on security of data and user interface.\nDevelop custom procedures, database calls and scripts.\nPerform requirements gathering and analysis, design/development, implementation, testing, documenting, training and maintenance plans for application development following the stages of application life cycle.\nCreate application documentation to include requirement documents, system design documents, user guides and administration guides.\nPerform system problem analysis and resolution.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\n\nRequired:\nDevelopment experience utilizing the following:\nExpertise in MEAN-stack (MongoDB, Express, AngularJS and Node.Js)\nDevelopment in a Linux based environment.\nExtensive knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, both Server Side and Client Side (e.g. Angular, Node.js, React).\nProficiency with multiple Front-end languages/frameworks (e.g. HTML/CSS, XML, JQuery).\nProficiency with multiple Back-end languages/frameworks (e.g. Express).\nProficiency with databases (RDBMS and NoSQL) (e.g. Oracle, MySQL, Mongo).\nProficiency using versioning tools.\n\nRedHat OpenShift.\n\nHighly Desired Skills:\nMEAN-Stack development (Mongo, Express, Angular, Node.js).\nBack-end languages (e.g. Java).\nContainers and containerized applications.\nRed Hat OpenShift.\nExperience and understanding of unit testing, release procedures, coding design and documentation protocol as well as change management procedures.\nProficiency using standard desktop applications such as MS Suite & flowcharting tools such as Visio.\nLegacy modernization code refactoring.\nApplication code conversion.\nExperience with migration of Lotus Notes applications to MEAN STACK environment is a plus.\n\nEducation:\nHS/GED and twelve (12) years application development experience OR\nBachelor’s degree and eight (8) years application development experience.\n\nAdditionally, US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is a must. Upon receiving a conditional offer of employment, candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for Government clearance. Verification of past employment, education and references is also required. It is imperative that candidates be either a US citizen or a current green card holder with the last 3 consecutive years as a resident of the US.\n\nThe salary range for positions is $50,000 to $175,000.
