You’ll team up with Servers, Bartenders, and Hosts to reset tables, run food and drinks, keep things clean and stocked, and make sure the energy stays high and the vibes stay legendary. Here are some of your job duties:\n\nKeep things moving - deliver food and drinks quickly, resetting tables, and prepping the space for the next round of guests or players\nSupport your teammates by restocking server stations, bus stands, and keeping shared areas clean\nAnticipate guest needs - clearing dishes, refilling beverages, and lending a hand wherever needed\nFollow tray and garnish procedures to make sure orders are delivered right and looking great\nJump in on event setups and help with open/close duties\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe’re all about high energy and teamwork, and we’re looking for Server Support Team Members who:\n\nAre quick, dependable, and always ready to jump in wherever needed\nCommunicate clearly and work well in a fast-paced, team-driven environment\nStay organized and manage time like a pro, even when the floor gets wild\nTake pride in keeping things clean, stocked, and running smoothly\nHave a positive attitude and a willingness to learn (bonus if you’ve worked front-of-house before!)\nYou are at least 18 years old\nWhat to Expect\nThis role is active and hands-on, and you can expect to:\nSupports are ‘Tipped Team Members’ who earn a base hourly rate plus tips. If your average hourly rate during a shift is below the standard minimum wage when tips are added, we will make up the difference. The tip pool is calculated on a shift basis.\nBe on your feet for 100% of your shift - walking, standing, and moving throughout the venue\nWork a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs\nNavigate a fast-paced, high-energy environment where noise and distractions are common\nLift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds\nFrequently bend, reach, and stretch during your shift\nRead and write handwritten notes\nWhat We Value\nBe a Good Human: Show kindness, integrity & courage.
