This includes remotely supporting clients within service level agreements (SLAs); to install and configure software and hardware, resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis and adhere to any related processes such as change management.\n\nThis role is involved in more complex environments for installation, configuration and fault management.\nWhat you'll be doing\nKey Responsibilities:\nInteract with clients on site to meet complex requirements of a solution.\nEscalate unresolved problems and issues to the relevant third parties.\nRespond to escalated client requests and support client applications to a first line resolution.\nEscalate complex problems to the relevant third parties.\nWrite reports and proposals and complete and maintain project documentation.\nAssist with the documentation of standard operating procedures relating to installations and fixes.\nAct as coach and mentor to more junior Implementation Engineers and Technicians.\nAssume responsibility for the co-ordination of the activities of the Engineers, in line with performance targets.\nMay be required to serve periodically on the customer service desk, providing third line telephonic, remote and on-site support and problem management.\nIncluded in higher complexity design work, with input to the design expected.\nExpected to take ownership of relevant technologies according to domain or specialization.\nKnowledge and Attributes:\nSeasoned understanding and appreciation of technical design and business principles.\nDemonstrates seasoned project management and administration ability.\nSeasoned project skills which are demonstrated in the execution of installations and other assignments.\nDemonstrates excellent customer engagement skills.\nDemonstrates seasoned domain specialist knowledge.\nExcellent verbal communication skills.\nClient focused and displays a proactive approach to solving problems.\nAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.\nAbility to coach, mentor and provide guidance to team members.\nAcademic Qualifications and Certifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology Degree or equivalent together with specialized training in new technologies and legacy systems or equivalent.\nProject management certification is desirable.\nRequired Experience:\nSeasoned work experience in a technical implementation engineering or similar role.\nSeasoned experience engaging with clients and conducting presentations.\nSeasoned project administration and documentation experience.\nSeasoned report writing experience.\nSeasoned project management experience.\nWorkplace type:\nRemote Working\nAbout NTT DATA\nNTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
