Effective cross-functional communication including across engineering and supply chain\nAbility to translate product requirements into specifications.\nAbility to work hands-on and manage priorities in a fast paced environment\nAbility to travel up to 10%.\nDesired Qualifications\nDegree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or a closely related field preferred\nMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in R&D process development and scale-up involving compression, expansion, coating, and lamination.\n\nThis position offers a hybrid work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed.
