Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) Location: Sierra Vista, AZ Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site) Schedule: Med/Surg Inpatient - Rotating days for weekend/holiday coverage (either 4x10s or 5x8s) Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 Salary-$72,800- $114,400 Vendor fee-$2912-$4576 Job Summary: The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients and develops individualized treatment plans to enhance functional independence across acute hospital, inpatient medical-surgical, rehabilitation, and outpatient settings. This role focuses on delivering therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living, ensure patient safety, and maximize patient participation in meaningful routines. The OT collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, provides education to patients and caregivers, and ensures accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards.
