Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls, including warm calling and telemarketing efforts, to generate new business leads and prospects.
Engage with potential clients via phone and digital channels to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate customer data.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify target markets and expand market share.
Negotiate terms with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach campaigns that support lead generation efforts.
Maintain a deep understanding of our technology products and services to effectively communicate value propositions during sales conversations.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales roles with a focus on new business development.
Demonstrated success in outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing strategies.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing sales pipelines.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
Experience in using CRM tools and marketing automation platforms to enhance outreach efforts.
Knowledge of technology sales or related industries is highly desirable.
