Writing code on a daily basis, about 80% of the time. Will analyze requirements, work with stakeholders to understand requirements and build solutions in engineering. Should be learning and using our in house AI capabilities to advance the engineering team and increase productivity.\nCode could be Java, Python, or both. Will not have people management responsibilities, but should be able to work independently and technically own a medium sized module while guiding another couple people working with them on it.
