\r Prepare required technical protocols, reports, and documentation. \r Support engineering change management activities. \r Identify opportunities to improve machining processes, toolpaths, and overall manufacturing efficiency. \r \r Required Qualifications \r \r 5+ years of hands-on experience in NX CAM programming. \r Strong proficiency in Siemens NX CAM. \r Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. \r Good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). \r Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, and toolpath optimization. \r Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \r Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, manufacturing, and other stakeholders. \r Ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply them effectively. \r \r Preferred Qualifications \r \r Experience in the Medical Device / Medical Manufacturing industry. \r Experience with engineering change management. \r Experience
