You’ll help us push the boundaries of what's possible using tools like OpenAI, Claude, and Amazon Bedrock, while mentoring peers and driving real-world outcomes.\nWhat You’ll Do As part of our fast-moving engineering team, you’ll:\nBuild Intelligent Features & Assistants: Use LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Amazon Nova) to power new user experiences and backend automation, including light-weight AI agents where appropriate.\nPrototype AI Workflows: Rapidly design and test new tools using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or AWS-native services like Bedrock, AgentCore, and Strands Agents.\nMentor and Upskill Teammates: Share best practices in prompt engineering, tool selection, and integrating AI tools like GitHub Copilot into daily workflows.\nCode with Craft: Write clean, testable backend code in TypeScript and Python, collaborating across product and platform teams.\nOperationalize AI Systems: Deploy and manage AI services using AWS tools: from SageMaker and Lambda to S3 Vectors and CloudWatch for observability.\nStay Curious: Continuously explore new platforms like Amazon Q, Transform, and Kiro, and evaluate emerging technologies that align with our AI vision.\nWho You Are We're open to early-career engineers (1–2 years experience) who show strong fundamentals, hunger to learn, and hands-on exposure to AI tools, as well as mid-level candidates ready to take the lead.\nYou might be a great fit if you have:\n1–2+ years of backend or full-stack software development experience, ideally with exposure to AI tools or LLMs (personal projects, internships, or production work).\nProficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, with a clear understanding of clean software practices.\nCuriosity and some experience with LLMs, AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Bedrock), or prompt engineering.\nA learning mindset and desire to grow—especially in prompt design, agent logic, orchestration, or AWS infrastructure.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving team.\nBonus Points Experience building or integrating with LLM-based agents, orchestration frameworks, or AWS AI services.\nKnowledge of DevOps, vector databases, or retrieval pipelines.\nFamiliarity with Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, or multi-agent tooling—even through side projects.\nWhy GraphiteRx?
