In this role, you will leverage your expertise in MBSE to make critical recommendations on infrastructure requirements, data requirements, and platform selections. Your insights will shape the foundation of our engineering processes and drive efficiency across our projects.\nResponsibilities:\nEssential functions will include:\nUtilize MBSE methodologies to analyze and recommend infrastructure requirements\nDevelop comprehensive data requirements to support complex system modeling\nEvaluate and recommend appropriate platforms for MBSE implementation\nImplement and optimize the use of key engineering tools, including but not limited to:\nSolidWorks\nMATLAB/Simulink\nCameo Systems Modeler\nMagic Draw\nInnoslate\nCore\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MBSE practices\nProvide guidance and mentorship on MBSE best practices to team members\nExplore and implement integration possibilities with other tools like DOORS and Jama\nQualifications:\nFive (5+) or more years of experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering\nBachelors degree prefered\nProven expertise in SolidWorks, MATLAB/Simulink, and Cameo Systems Modeler\nFamiliarity with other MBSE tools such as Magic Draw, Innoslate, and Core\nExperience with requirements management tools like DOORS and Jama is a plus\nStrong understanding of infrastructure and data requirements in engineering environments\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nOutstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences\nExperience in implementing MBSE methodologies in large-scale projects\nKnowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Rust is beneficial\nPhysical Demands:\nMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds\nMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time\nMust be able to twist, bend and squat periodically\nSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret level.
