Assignment and guidance of special tasks or new customers. Minimum Requirements2 or 4 year IT degree and/or 3-5 years of hands on IT experience as it relates to the SMB market, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Worker CharacteristicsAbility to work independently; Knowledge of Microsoft products and solutions; familiarity with PC and server hardware; Knowledge of computer and office applications; Knowledge of infrastructure hardware and software; Basic problem solving skills; Oral communication skills; Ability to work with people with diverse backgrounds. Thoroughness and ability to complete tasks unsupervised.Working Conditions: Combination of remote and onsite IT work done for a wide range of customers. Most located in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area. Some light to medium lifting of computers and other IT equipment.
