This individual will serve as a senior escalation resource, supporting complex Linux environments, driving server upgrade initiatives, troubleshooting critical issues, and partnering with product teams to deliver solutions that support business objectives.The ideal candidate will possess deep Linux administration expertise, strong DevOps automation experience, and advanced knowledge of Puppet. This role is not project-specific or ticket-driven; instead, it focuses on proactive infrastructure management, root cause analysis, patching, security remediation, and resolving high-priority production issues when they arise.
