Job Description Position SummaryThe HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and light commercial environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair HVAC system issues (heating, cooling, airflow)Perform routine maintenance and inspectionsReplace components such as motors, compressors, thermostats, etc.Communicate findings and repair options with customersComplete service documentation and invoicesMaintain service vehicle and toolsEnsure compliance with safety standards and EPA regulationsQualifications3+ years HVAC service experience preferredStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsValid driver’s license with clean driving recordAbility to work independentlyRequired CertificationsEPA CertificationPreferredExperience with residential service callsStrong customer service and communication skills
