During every interaction, we display three behaviors:Smile, display energy and open body language.Proactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to provide service.Always use a positive parting remark to end the conversationEssential Job FunctionsGreets guests, determines seating location, escorts guest to tables, and provides menus.Answers phone, utilizes reservation system, responds to guest inquiries and takes reservations.Refers difficult guest complaints to management.Keeps abreast of casino promotions and events in order to respond to guest inquiries.Inspects guest identification to ensure guest meets legal age limit for alcohol possession/consumptionMonitors guest alcohol consumption and acts according to established alcohol awareness program guidelines.Performs all other duties as assigned.QualificationsMust be 18 years of age or older.High school diploma or equivalent.Three or more months of related experience and/or training preferred.Must be able to work flexible shifts weekends and holidays.Knowledge of Database softwareAbility to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process.Ability to speak an Asian language is preferred.Physical And Mental DemandsRegularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, frequently required to stoop and kneel.Must occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under frequently fast paced work conditions.Ability to work in a noisy and smoky environment
