This role involves managing and supporting location managers, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and maintaining consistent service standards. The Multi Unit Operator will regularly visit each site to review operations, coach teams, address staffing needs, and resolve escalated customer issues.
