Box Truck Driver

POSITION We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable Delivery Driver to join our team and provide the highest level of customer service to our customers. Using company vehicles, our drivers are responsible for delivery of cannabis products, calling customers, collecting payments, and managing assigned inventory. Employment is contingent on a clean background and driving record check. The position requires individuals with good judgment skills and who are able to operate with discretion maintaining company confidentiality. RESPONSIBILITIES Delivery of product to licensed facilities throughout California Interaction with multiple dispensary staff and delivery services in a professional manner Provide discreet and professional customer service Follow all required laws, regulatory guidelines and company protocols Other duties as assigned General warehouse duties such as order picking, packing, inventory movement and staging Cleaning duties to include warehouse and vehicles Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Valid CA Driver's License with clean DMV Record A Commercial License is required Be at least 21-years of age or older 2+ years’ compliance-related experience in a highly regulated industry Ability to commute to during early traffic hours to start your shift Knowledge and practical experience with inventory management procedures Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of different cannabis products preferred Be proficient in reading and understanding all associated documentation such as but not limited to Itineraries, METRC Manifests, Cash Forms and Maintenance Logs Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities Candidate must be a self-starter, flexible to work in a collaborative structure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and highly organized Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner Comfortable in a start-up atmosphere PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Cannabis Industry: 2+ years METRC: 1+ years ERP systems: 1+ years Microsoft Office, including advanced knowledge of Excel Data Entry: 2+ Years EDUCATION High School or equivalent work experience SCHEDULE Day/Night Shift Flexibility to work 5 days a week with an irregular schedule PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
