Housekeeper Position In Bay AreaA family in the Bay Area is seeking a highly experienced, professional housekeeper for a busy family home with 5+ bedrooms. The role focuses on maintaining exceptional cleanliness, laundry, and organization standards in a household that includes a newborn baby. The schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9 am-5 pm. This is a live-out position, and is an excellent long-term opportunity for a professional housekeeper who takes pride in maintaining a high-standard private residence, while respecting that it is first and foremost a family home.ResponsibilitiesDaily thorough cleaning and deep cleaning of a 5+ bedroom home (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.)Complete laundry service, ironing, and wardrobe organizationOrganizing and maintaining children's rooms, play areas, and baby equipmentRunning errands and supporting overall household organizationHelping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for newborns and childrenWorking collaboratively with the family to anticipate and meet household needsQualificationsMinimum of 4 years' professional housekeeping experienceIntuitive, organized, self-starter, and comfortable working autonomously and as part of a broader household teamProven responsibility for cleaning, laundry, and full organization of a large home (5+ bedrooms)Professional, polished, with strong attention to detailStrong emotional intelligence and situational awarenessDetail-oriented, proactive, trustworthy, and energetic with a warm, professional demeanor.Must be someone who takes great pride in creating and maintaining a spotless, well-organized home and has a genuine comfort level around infants and young children.RequirementsLegal authorization to work in the U.SValid driver's licensePrior experience in a similar private household roleStrong knowledge of fine surfaces and garment careChild-friendly and ideally willing to babysit on occasion (not a deal breaker)Candidates MUST live in the Bay Area (this is a live-out role)Salary and Benefits$57/hr-$72.50/hr DOE ($120,000 – $150,000 based on a 40-hour week)Generous healthcare stipendPaid holidays, statutory vacation, and sick days
