Role models established customerexperience practices with internal and external customers Supports andembodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, andrespect Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts changeback to customer according to established operating procedures Promotescredit and loyalty programs Maintains and upholds merchandisingphilosophy and follows established merchandising procedures andstandards Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the salesfloor following company procedures and standards Initiates andparticipates in store recovery as needed throughout the day Maintainsall organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the salesfloor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entirestore Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback Adheresto all labor laws, policies, and procedures Supports and participates instore shrink reduction goals and programs Participates in safetyawareness and maintains a safe environment Other duties as assigned WhoWe?re Looking For: You.
