Perinatal Clinician (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)Community Outpatient Services | Full-Time | Monday–Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Perinatal Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide clinical services to women experiencing substance and alcohol use disorders, as well as co-occurring mental health conditions, during the perinatal period. You will play a critical role in supporting women and their families through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenting by delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.What You’ll DoProvide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and harm reductionConduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and develop measurable, client-centered treatment plansCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, advanced practice clinicians, and case managersSupport clients in navigating the healthcare system and accessing community resources (e.g., treatment programs, AA/NA, mental health services)Educate clients on harm reduction, overdose prevention (including naloxone), infection risk reduction, and HIV preventionPromote healthy parent-child relationships and support families through the childbearing processAdvocate for clients within healthcare and community settingsAddress psychosocial and systemic factors impacting client careManage safety concerns and respond appropriately to client crisesMaintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC EHRParticipate in supervision, trainings, and quality improvement initiativesWhat We’re Looking ForIndependently licensed clinician (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT required)Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or CounselingStrong experience in family therapy and collaborative care environmentsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary, hospital-based settingPreferred ExperiencePerinatal, pregnant, or postpartum populationsSubstance use disorders (SUD)Hospital or medical settingsWhy Join UsCompetitive compensationMission-driven work supporting women and families during a critical life stageOpportunity to specialize in perinatal mental health and substance use treatmentCollaborative, team-based environment with strong clinical supportMix of therapy, care coordination, and advocacy workAutonomy in clinical decision-making and treatment planningCareer growth in a high-demand, impactful area of behavioral health
