Ensuring that only products meeting company standards are passed onto the next step or packaged to ship to our customers. Must be able to read and understand work instructions, perform basic math functions, and make adjustments and/or minor repairs to equipment.\r\nResponsibilities for Production Associate - Koozie Cell:\r\nSet up and adjust machines for proper operation\r\nEnsure that the proper supplies (both bill of material and non-bill of material items) are being used for printing\r\nRead and follows manufacturing orders to make sure orders are printed according to specifications (quality, accuracy, and layout)\r\nExamines product for defects, position of design print clarity, color accuracy or other flaws and adjusts equipment accordingly if needed\r\nMaintains sewing equipment including, but not limited to needles, bobbins, lubrication, etc.\r\nMay package product for shipping, making sure proper box size and packing procedures are followed and ensuring that only products meeting quality standards are packed to ship\r\nCompletes DCT reporting and necessary daily paperwork as instructed, including quantity produced, scrap and related information\r\nPerforms preventative maintenance duties, such as daily cleaning and lubricating\r\nMaintains effective working relationship with coworkers\r\nMaintains a clean and neat work area\r\nActively participates in and supports teamwork and continuous process improvement\r\nDemonstrates flexibility and commitment through cross training and helping other departments consistent with business needsQualifications for Production Associate - Koozie Cell:\r\nAt least 18 years of age\r\nThe ability to read, write, and speak English clearly\r\nComputer knowledge\r\nMust be able to read and understand work instructions, perform basic math functions, and make adjustments to machines and tools\r\nAny prior experience within manufacturing, machine operator, or production associate preferred\r\nComfortable standing for long periods of time\r\n**Please know all International Applicants will not be accepted at this time.\r\nWe hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it's the right thing to do, but because it makes our company stronger.
