Responsibilities Execute complex assembly tasks, including advanced mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies. Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure correct assembly of components. Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve issues in assembly processes and product functionality. Coach and train lower‐level assemblers, providing guidance and mentoring on techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards. Ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory compliance standards. Continuously review and recommend improvements to assembly processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other departments to resolve design or manufacturing issues. Perform final quality inspections and testing to ensure assembled products meet company standards and specifications. Maintain inventory of parts and materials required for assembly, ensuring stock is kept at optimal levels. Assist with setup, calibration, and operation of automated or semi‐automated equipment used in the assembly process. Follow lean manufacturing guidelines and provide continuous improvement suggestions for gained efficiency. Essential Skills Experience in assembly line operations. Ability to perform mechanical assembly of small and larger parts. Proficiency in using hand tools and interpreting schematics. Experience in production and assembly line work. Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines without compromising quality. Additional Skills & Qualifications At least 2–5 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing roles. Experience in leadership or team supervision. Expertise in reading and interpreting complex technical documents. Advanced troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills. Ability to train and mentor junior team members. Strong knowledge of quality control processes and manufacturing best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Why Work Here? The environment requires physical tasks such as lifting up to 35 pounds, standing, walking, and using personal protection equipment. Enjoy electric charging stations on site.
