Join Our Peaceful Spa Team The Salt and Light Spa is looking for a kind, professional Licensed Massage Therapist who loves helping others feel restored—body and soul. What You’ll Do Deliver customized therapeutic massage (deep tissue, prenatal, hot stone, etc.). Create a calm, professional experience from intake to home-care guidance. Maintain excellent sanitation and accurate session notes. Collaborate with the team to delight guests and encourage rebooking. What You Bring Active NC LMBT license (required). Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain). Dependability for scheduled shifts and/or coverage as needed. A warm, service-minded approach and alignment with our values and guest-first standards. Schedule & Growth Per-diem/on-call: coverage for vacations, call-outs, and busy periods. Start: may be one day per week or coverage-based; no guaranteed hours. Grow: add regular days as your clientele builds and demand supports it.
