The ideal candidate combines strong Workday platform knowledge with practical engineering discipline and the ability to translate business requirements into clean, maintainable Workday configurations. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners - product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders - to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers. The successful candidate brings strong engineering discipline, a clear communication style, and a track record of shipping meaningful work that holds up well in production.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\r\nFive or more years of Workday technical experience.\r\nDeep expertise in Workday report writer including advanced and composite reports.\r\nStrong proficiency with calculated fields across HCM and Finance.\r\nHands-on experience configuring business processes and condition rules.\r\nStrong understanding of Workday security framework.\r\nExperience with PRISM Analytics or Workday Extend.\r\nFamiliarity with Workday tenant management and release process.\r\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\r\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\r\nPreferred QualificationsWorkday Pro certifications.\r\nExperience with Workday Extend application development.\r\nFamiliarity with PRISM data ingestion and modeling.\r\nExposure to multi-tenant or multi-region Workday deployments.\r\nExperience supporting Workday Payroll or Workday Financials.\r\nHow to Apply\r\nWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
