The ideal candidate will design, develop, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines and solutions using the Snowflake platform.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and implement data models (Star/Snowflake schemas) in Snowflake.\nDevelop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using tools like Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, or external ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory, etc.).\nLoad and transform structured and semi-structured data (JSON, Parquet, Avro) into Snowflake.\nWrite advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and Snowflake scripting.\nOptimize Snowflake performance (query tuning, clustering, partitioning, warehouse sizing).\nImplement data security and governance (RBAC, masking, encryption).\nIntegrate Snowflake with cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / GCP.\nWork with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) for reporting and analytics.\nMonitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and warehouse performance.\nCollaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders.\n· Experience Required 5–7 Years (including ~3+ years on Snowflake)\nRequired Skills\nStrong experience in Snowflake Cloud Data Platform\nProficiency in SQL (advanced level)\nHands-on with data warehousing concepts\nETL/ELT development experience\nKnowledge of Snowflake features:\nSnowpipe\nStreams & Tasks\nTime Travel & Zero Copy Cloning\nData Sharing\nProgramming & Tools\nPython / Shell scripting (good to have)\nExperience with ETL tools:\nInformatica / Talend / DBT / ADF / Airflow\nVersion control tools (Git)\nSoft Skills\nStrong problem-solving skills\nGood communication and collaboration\nAbility to handle multiple priorities\nPreferred Qualifications\nCertification in Snowflake (SnowPro Core / Advanced)\nExperience with Data Lake and Data Mesh architecture\nExposure to CI/CD pipelines in data engineering\nKnowledge of real-time data processing\nBrite Systems is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
