Job Description
Holiday Inn Express Atlanta Downtown (the "Hotel") is seeking a Front Desk Agent who will also assist with valet operations. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, and professional handling of guest vehicles.The ideal candidate provides service with integrity, efficiency, and a welcoming smile — from check-in to check-out.ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional mannerPerform accurate guest check-in and check-out proceduresRespond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptlySafely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely mannerMaintain awareness of lobby and front drive activityBalance cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of each shiftAssist and collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as neededFollow hotel policies, brand standards, and safety proceduresMust be able to work AM, PM, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidaysContinuous standing and walking for the duration of the shiftQualifications & RequirementsValid U.S. driver's license required (clean driving record preferred)Prior hotel front desk experience requiredHotel Key PMS experience preferredPrior experience with IHG brand hotels is a plusExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong multitasking and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented and collaborative mindsetSelf-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
