Shop Helpers to support the mechanical techs with cleaning, prep work, and general shop duties. Excellent opportunity for someone looking to get into industrial/mechanical work.Job Duties:Assist technicians with disassembly and assembly of equipmentClean heat exchanger plates, parts, and shop equipmentPrep materials, tools, and workstationsMove equipment and parts around the shop (forklift a plus)Perform basic tasks like grinding, wire brushing, and parts washingHelp load/unload trucks and organize inventoryExperience:6+ months of warehouse, shop, or labor experienceMechanical experience, interest or willingness to learnComfortable working with tools and in an industrial environmentReliable, punctual, and team-orientedAbility to lift 50+ lbs and will be on your feet all day
