This role will work extensively with Microsoft Excel to organize, validate, and analyze data using lookup functions, formulas and structured reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of insights.\n\nThe ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with large datasets, and translating raw data into clear, actionable reports for finance and HR stakeholders.\n\nFinance Support\nCreate and maintain Excel-based financial reports using formulas, including VLookup, HLookup, XLookup , IFstatements, and pivot tables\nConsolidate data from multiple sources into standardized reporting templates.\nPerform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial information.\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and variance analysis reporting.\nRespond to ad-hoc data and reporting requests from Finance leadership.\nHuman Resources Support\nDevelop and maintain HR-related reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, attendance, labor metrics).\nSupport data analysis related to compensation, benefits, and workforce planning.\nEnsure data integrity and consistency between datasets.\nAssist with periodic HR reporting needs for leadership or compliance purposes.\nGenera Data & Reporting Responsibilities\nDesign, improve and automate spreadsheet reports for efficiency and clarity.\nIdentify trends, discrepancies, and insights within data and communicate findings clearly.\nDocument report logic, formulas and data sources\nCollaborate with Finance and HR stakeholders to understand reporting needs and timelines.\nMaintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee data.\nNotes\nTravel less than 10%\n\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience)\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including:\nVLookup/HLookup/ XLookup\nNested formulas\nPivot tables and charts\nExperience creating structured spreadsheet reports for business or financial use\nStrong attention to detail and data accuracy\nAbility to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.\nEmployees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment; eligibility will be required at the time of Hire.
