We strive to provide best-in-class benefits packages, including:ResponsibilitiesServe as a working supervisor for CNA staff in the field, offering guidance, mentorship, and on-the-spot support.Step in to cover open shifts as needed, maintaining continuity and quality of care for clients.Monitor CNA performance in the field and provide real-time coaching and feedback.Provide hands-on care as directed by the nursing supervisor, including transferring, bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, vital signs, and height/weight measurements as needed.Follow the patient's plan of care and assist with daily living tasks such as feeding, meal preparation, light housekeeping, linen changes, transportation to appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping.Act as a resource and point of escalation for CNAs, reporting concerns or care issues to the nursing supervisor.RequirementsHigh school diploma or GEDCompletion of an approved nursing assistant programCurrent, valid CNA certification in good standingCPR certification and a negative TB skin test or chest X-rayMinimum of 23 years of healthcare experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory capacity preferredValid driver's license with a reliable, insured vehicleFlexibility to cover open shifts across the Chicagoland area as neededAbility to work independently and lead others with minimal supervisionStrong empathy, communication skills, professionalism, and teamworkAbility to maintain confidentiality and protect patient informationPhysical ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs (assistance needs vary by client mobility)We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or based on disability or any other federal, state, or local protected class.IND123
