Media Activation SpecialistLocation: Pleasanton, CA; Boise, ID; New York, NY; or Itasca; IL (Hybrid)Employment Type: 3 month contract to HIRERole OverviewThis role manages end-to-end omnichannel localized campaign execution. The specialist is responsible for the entire lifecycle, from pre-launch setup and cross-team coordination to in-flight optimization and post-campaign insights. The position requires maintaining a high volume of delivery with a target error rate of less than 1%.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate setup of cross-channel campaigns, adopting new systems and processes.Coordinate with offshore teams via JIRA to meet campaign milestones.Troubleshoot campaign setup and delivery issues with cross-functional teams and vendor partners.Maintain a high volume of omnichannel campaigns while keeping the error rate below 1%.Ensure daily pacing and full delivery of campaigns through weekly optimization and recommendations.Document in-flight optimizations and provide recommendations for future campaigns after conclusion.Required Qualifications Technical Skills: Experience with the Google stack (e.g., DV360, CM360), Pinterest, Meta, Google Ads Manager, and Jira.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Looker or Tableau.Familiarity with Advendio or Salesforce.This employer is an equal opportunity employer.
