We're looking for a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Scrum Master to support the IC customer. In this role, the candidate will deliver agile project facilitation and process leadership for efforts utilizing the ServiceNow (SNOW) platform. The selected Scrum Master will coordinate with senior IC leadership, other contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with the customer's mission objectives.This position requires a professional with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to develop relationships with very senior leadership, and the skill to navigate and collaborate across contracting teams and enterprise stakeholders.As a Senior SNOW Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in enabling and enhancing IC mission capabilities by blending agile principles, SNOW expertise, and leadership to deliver impactful, scalable solutions. Join a dynamic, high-performing environment where your contributions will make a tangible and lasting impact.ResponsibilitiesScrum Facilitation & Agile Leadership:Act as the Scrum Master for projects using the SNOW platform, enabling agile processes and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, roles, and best practices.Serve as a key facilitator for Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.Optimize team performance, measuring velocity and managing team capacity to deliver defined goals and milestones efficiently.Collaboration With Leadership & StakeholdersWork closely with senior IC leadership to ensure project alignment with organizational mission priorities and strategic objectives.Collaborate across contracting teams and project stakeholders to facilitate communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure cooperation between teams supporting other contracts.Project & Risk ManagementEnsure projects meet scope, schedule, and performance objectives by managing risks, identifying potential blockers, and recommending mitigation strategies.Maintain consistent communication with senior leadership, providing regular updates, project status reports, and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.SNOW ExpertiseGuide teams in implementing and expanding ServiceNow functionalities, ensuring the platform supports mission priorities effectively.Coordinate updates, enhancements, and new capabilities in the SNOW environment by synchronizing with technical teams and ODNI leadership.Mentorship And Team EmpowermentAct as a mentor and servant leader, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration among team members.Provide coaching on agile principles and practices to team members, ensuring alignment and consistency across workstreams.CollaborationThis role involves daily interaction with senior leadership and integrated contractor teams, requiring strong stakeholder management and communication skills.RequirementsActive TS/SCI with Poly is REQUIREDMinimum of 13 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years operating as a Scrum Master in an agile development environment.Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Engineering, Business) or equivalent experience.Agile & Scrum SkillsProven expertise in agile coaching, servant leadership, and Scrum Master roles within complex, dynamic environments.Ability to manage SNOW VTB boards (or equivalent tools) for tracking sprint progress, managing team workloads, and reporting metrics.Interpersonal & Leadership SkillsDemonstrated ability to interface effectively with senior leadership, including IC executives, by presenting concise updates and facilitating strategic discussions.Exceptional communication skills to collaborate across multi-contractor and cross-functional teams, resolving conflicts and aligning stakeholders.A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges, communicate risks, and align team efforts with mission goals.Preferred QualificationsAgile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).Familiarity with Intelligence Community (IC) environments, directives, and mission workflows.Experience working in a consultative role across multiple contractor teams and understanding diverse enterprise priorities.
