This role supports and enhances a system that enables customers to register inventory and define targeting criteria, with ownership of Data components within the Streaming Hub. The engineer will play a key role in supporting customer-facing issues, understanding how clients interact with the system, and improving the overall user experience. The Software Engineer will develop deep expertise in the business domain, system architecture, and application workflows to effectively troubleshoot issues, resolve complex break/fix scenarios, and proactively improve system reliability. This includes building automation tools, enhancing troubleshooting capabilities, and driving operational efficiency. This role requires strong collaboration with engineering, client services, and external partners to deliver successful technical solutions while improving customer satisfaction.
