Residential HVAC Technician (1–5 Years Experience)Location: [Coppell, TX] Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $40,000 – $60,000 per year (Base + Performance Incentives)About the RoleWe’re looking for a skilled Residential HVAC Technician who actually enjoys solving problems and helping people stay comfortable. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems while providing clear, honest advice to our customers.What You’ll DoDiagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot diverse residential HVAC systems (split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductless minisplits).Maintenance: Perform thorough seasonal tune-ups to keep our customers' systems running at peak efficiency.Customer Education: Explain technical issues in plain English and offer solutions that fit the homeowner’s needs and budget.Documentation: Maintain digital records of work performed, parts used, and system health via our mobile platform.Safety First: Maintain a clean workspace and follow all safety protocols.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 1–5 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service or installation.Certification: EPA Section 608 Certification is required.
