Job Description Spotless is hiring Water & Mold Restoration Technicians.Most of our team starts at $20/hr, but with bonuses, many are earning the equivalent of $25–$30/hr+.If you've worked in construction, restoration, HVAC, or similar hands-on trades, you'll fit right in. PayStarting pay: $20/hr (most new hires)Higher starting pay for experienced techniciansMonthly performance bonuses (typically add $5–$10/hr equivalent)Overtime opportunities What You'll DoRespond to water damage and mold jobsSet up drying equipment (fans, dehumidifiers, etc.)Remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, etc.)Clean and sanitize affected areasWork as part of a team to restore homes and businesses Job Reality (Read Before Applying)This is physical, hands-on work:Crawlspaces and atticsHot, dirty, and tight environments at timesDaily physical laborOn-call rotation (nights/weekends required)Some long days during emergency jobsIf you've worked in construction or similar trades, you'll understand the environment.
