an understanding and study trends within the industry to fulfill the client’s needs\nCommunicate effectively with each department within Springfield Sign to achieve customers desired outcome\nEducate and guide customers through the signage process from the design phase to the installation of their sign for customer satisfaction\nEstablish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts\nPrepare and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts/goals by tracking and maintaining metrics\nNegotiate and close agreements with large accounts while using an understanding of business to business sales\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n\n3 years sales experience\nExcellent resource planning and time management skills\nRegular, predictable and reliable attendance\nRequiring hours of service that would average at least 40 hours of service per week (full time) with possible overtime\nFamiliarity with financial and project management principles.\nAccuracy with attention to detail and organization\nMust be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, stooping, twist, reach, reach overhead\nMust be able to lift and carry 0-50lbs. occasionally\nMust be willing to travel with some overnights potentially.\n\nPREFERRED\n\nBachelor’s degree in business or related field\nTwo years sales experience in the manufacturing/sign
