We're a local business consulting firm trained to create, develop, and execute communication-focused promotional retail campaigns for various clients across the home improvement industry. Our team of passionate & driven Retail Communications Associates work together in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment to produce dynamic promotional outreach campaigns providing our clients with increased brand awareness in hard-to-reach markets. The fundamental key to our success has been our top-notch, forward-thinking Retail Communications team working the frontlines of our direct promotional outreach campaigns. As a result, we have a high demand from our clients to expand rapidly.We are currently in need of 3-5 Retail Communications Associates to assist us in our expansion efforts and join our Retail Communications and Promotional Outreach team. We are looking for personable, engaging, and dynamic professionals looking to expand their knowledge and experience in the Marketing, Communications, and Promotions fields.Key Responsibilities:Help craft and execute all promotional retail campaigns for surrounding communitiesFacilitate all customer engagement through strong relationship-building, consultative communications techniques, and active-listening skillsProactively monitor and identify potential product and service risks and provide real time feedback to the client for improvementCreate training material for newly onboarded employees and update when needed with new product, service, and promotional informationCommunicate and engage with customers in local markets to drive brand awareness and increase market share for our clientsExperience:Previous experience in a communications-centric rolePrior experience working in an accelerated and entrepreneurial team environmentKnowledge of basic communications techniques and promotional outreach strategiesProven track record of establishing long-lasting, positive client relationshipsEducation & Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and/or 2-3 years' of customer success or client relations experienceExperience working hands-on with clients or customersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh energy, self-motivated, driven, and dynamic personalityConfident, with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine team playerPowered by JazzHRWW13QwyeMb
