This role will focus on building scalable, secure, and modern data solutions that support analytics, reporting, interoperability, and business decision-making.\nThe ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS, Databricks, Big Data, and Lakehouse architecture, along with strong experience in healthcare data platforms, modernization, governance, and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the architecture and delivery of healthcare data platforms across cloud and hybrid environments\nDrive platform strategy, roadmap, and modernization initiatives\nSupport enterprise analytics, reporting, and interoperability needs\nModernize legacy Big Data platforms to AWS and Databricks Lakehouse\nDesign scalable frameworks for ingestion, curation, quality, reconciliation, governance, and monitoring\nOversee high-performance data pipelines for enterprise and clinical use cases\nProvide technical leadership across healthcare data domains\nSupport claims, clinical, pharmacy, and interoperability data\nEnsure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, reliability, and performance\nPartner with stakeholders and mentor engineering teams\nPrioritize platform capabilities and roadmap investments\nEstablish best practices and reusable design patterns\nSupport Teradata/Terradata strategy and integration as needed\n10+ years of experience in data engineering, platform architecture, or enterprise data delivery\nIncluding leadership experience in healthcare data environments\nStrong expertise in:\nAWS\nDatabricks\nApache Spark\nThe base salary for this position is $106,087 - $170,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
