We are currently looking for a Program Coordiantor for our adult day program, which is a working produce farm.\nAbout the Role\nOaks of Hebron is seeking a Day Program Coordinator to lead a unique, farm-based daytime activity program serving adults with developmental disabilities. While the program includes community-based activities, a significant portion of each day is spent outdoors on a working farm.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys being outside in all types of weather, values hands-on learning environments, and is passionate about person-centered services. The Coordinator oversees daily program operations, supervises staff, and ensures participants experience meaningful, engaging, and supportive activities. This program is growing and the ideal candidate will need to be able to support this growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee daily operations of a farm-based day program serving approximately 20 participants\nSupervise, support, and schedule approximately 6 staff members\nEnsure services are person-centered, engaging, and respectful\nCoordinate farm activities, outdoor programming, and community outings\nMonitor participant safety, well-being, and engagement in outdoor and community settings\nEnsure compliance with program requirements and organizational policies\nComplete required documentation and reports\nTransport participants using company vehicles as needed\nQualifications\nRequired\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nClear criminal background check\nValid driver’s license with a good driving record\nAbility to be insured under the company auto insurance policy\nExperience working with adults with developmental disabilities or in a related human services setting\nComfort working outdoors in all weather conditions\nStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skills\nPreferred\nBachelor’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, or a related field\nPrior supervisory or program coordination experience\nBenefits\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\nLife insurance\nTuition reimbursement available\nPaid time off and holidays\nPotential student loan forgivensss\nWhy Work at Oaks of Hebron?\nOaks of Hebron offers a meaningful opportunity to combine human services with hands-on, outdoor programming in a farm setting.
